To construct, synchronize the technical and social infrastructure projects to form modern residential area, ensure environmental requirement and landscape of Voi town and Lang Giang district, the district People’s Council issued resolution about investment policy for the Project.

The traffic infrastructure is constructed in the West of Voi town in Lang Giang district.

It totally costs 120 billion VND mobilized from district budget and other capitals. The project will be executed from now on till 2026 on total area of 9.99 hectares with several items of levelling, traffic road, rain and waste water drainage system, water supply, power supply, telecommunication among others.

The Project aims to support the population movement from the central urban area to new ones in connection with modern infrastructure services in a multi-functional model.

Also, it is a smart ecological and service city with various functions like housing, commercial services, public services in the urban area and linkage of regional technical infrastructure.
