Local-level international cooperative agreement inked between Bac Giang and Xaysomboun provinces
Accordingly, two provinces agreed to establish friendship cooperative relation; enhance communication and education on the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries; promote the image of the land, people, culture, socio-economic development achievements and potentials as well as the cooperative tie between two provinces to the local officials and people.

The provinces organize high ranking visit for provincial leaders every two years and take turn to be the host; create and accelerate the fields of collaboration toward substance and effectiveness so as to reinforce the traditional friendship relation between two nations.
Two localities also share experiences on building the Party, authority, political system, leadership to develop local socio-economy and other shared issues. Annually, Bac Giang province welcomes the official delegates from Xaysomboun Province to visit, research, exchange experiences, train and foster the officers.
Particularly, both sides share experiences on agriculture development, especially in animal husbandry, fruit and industrial tree cultivation as well as new style rural area building. Bac Giang will provide technical assistance to produce some prominent crops and breeds.
