Luc Ngan: 72 production models earn over 1 billion VND

(BGO) – According to the Farmers’ Association in Luc Ngan district, Bac Giang province, there are 72 production models in the district earning over 1 billion VND (over 43,100 USD) per year, up 10 models against the figure last year. 

They included 21 models in Tan Moc commune, 13 models in My An commune, 6 models in Quy Son commune, 4 models in Thanh Hai commune and others. Typically, orchard model of Vu Cong Doanh in Tan Moc commune brings a revenue of 1.6 billion VND (about 69,000 USD) per year; model of Bui Xuan Sinh in Tan Moc commune gains about 2 billion VND (over 86,200 USD) per year; model of Nguyen Dac Dao in Tan Quang commune reaches about 2.1 billion VND (over 90,500 USD) per year…

The family of Vu Duy Kiem in Dong Quyt hamlet, Tan Moc commune, Luc Ngan district earns over 1 billion VND per year from orange cultivation.

The result was made thanks to the good business movement launched by the district Farmers’ Association to help each other toward hunger elimination, poverty reduction and getting rich sustainably while organizing many training courses and delivery of science and technology to support the production development to all members.

Luc Ngan district is known as the leading locality of the province in the number of households earning over 1 billion VND per year. Also, the district has 165 families bestowed with the central level title of good business and producer.
