Majority of residents satisfy with administrative procedure solving

(BGO) – The Bac Giang provincial Department of Justice has summarized the survey results collecting comments from the residents and enterprises when implementing the administrative procedures (AP) at the public administration centre (PAC) locally.

The residents have their administrative procedures solved at “One Stop Shop” division in Song Khe commune (Bac Giang city).

The survey was carried out from March to September 2017 by Departments, the People’s Committees of districts and city receiving 22,534 responses. There were 12 evaluation criteria including location and material facilities of “One-Stop Shop” division; the level of AP information accessibility; public servants’ behavior, communication and profession; result releasing period; the rate of fee, charges or other paid expenses among others.

The highest rate of feedback came to the Departments of Transport; Justice and district of Yen The whereas Luc Ngan district did not carry out the survey.

The result showed that nearly 80 percent of resident satisfied with the PAC service. The high rated criteria were “One Stop Shop” location (81.1%) and pending time to submit the document (78.4%). However, there remained some others with a lower rate of evaluation such as public servants’ behavior (4%); staff’s communication and profession (2.7%).

The survey helped timely capture the shortcomings to improve the quality and efficiency for AP solving while enhancing the serving responsibility and behavior of the public servants.
