More than 30,000 new jobs created to Bac Giang laborers

(BGO) - According to the provincial Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA), more than 30,000 laborers have been recruited in the northern province of Bac Giang, up 3.4 percent against the target of 2018.

Thousands of new jobs for Bac Giang labors

Among them, some 23,300 laborers work for domestic companies while the others have been employed to work overseas.

The recruited labors are from the rural areas of Viet Yen, Yen Dung, Lang Giang, Luc Nam and Tan Yen districts working in such sectors of the garment, electronics, construction, mechanism, sale assistance and so on.

To gain the above results, since early 2018, DOLISA has collaborated with 10 districts and city of the province to grasp the employment needs to supervise and assign appropriate targets.

Besides, they have boosted promoting the employment policies for laborers under the Law on Employment while directing the provincial Center for Employment Service to renew the methods and improve quality of the job transaction sessions. In addition, they have strengthened inspection and closely manage employment services especially recruitment and use of Vietnamese and foreign laborers.
