Nearly 2,000 young volunteers join green summer campaign 2024
Nearly 2,000 young volunteers of Hanoi on July 6 joined the first phase of their Green Summer campaign 2024.
The campaign launched by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Students Association of Hanoi will be carried out in 31 cities and provinces, with the participation of more than 16,000 young volunteers of 339 teams, reported Radio the Voice of Vietnam (VOV).

About 70 teams of young volunteers will fan out to seven key provinces, namely Thai Binh, Hoa Binh, Ha Nam, Tuyen Quang, Lang Son, Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan.
The campaign is expected to benefit communities with a total value of more than 33.6 billion VND.

BAC GIANG- In recent years, hundreds of young people in northern province of Bac Giang have benefited from policy credit resources for startups. Thereby, many youth business models have been established and come into effective operation.
Dinh Nho Kiet topped the ranking of rapid chess in the Boys U16 category, earning the first gold medal for Vietnam at the ongoing Asian Youth Chess Championship in Almaty.
BAC GIANG - After a week of competing at the 2024 National Youth Jujitsu Championships, the Bac Giang team won 108 medals in all events, winning third overal ranking in the U14 and U16 groups.
BAC GIANG - After two days of competition (June 3 and 4), the Bac Giang team won 59 medals at the 2024 National Jujitsu Youth Championship, including 11 gold medals.
BAC GIANG - The Vietnam Chess Federation on June 3 coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize the closing ceremony of 2024 National Youth Chess Championship at the Bac Giang Provincial Gymnasium (Bac Giang city).
