The project has a total cost of nearly 200 billion VND (over 8.4 million USD) from the city budget. The main items include planting grass, trees, colored trees, flower beds and decorative trees; additionally building a number of works serving community entertainment, installing outdoor exercise equipment, water surface lights, lighting, decorative electricity, underground communication system among others.

Tan Thinh Construction Company Limited is executed the project.

In addition, the project will renovate and install covers for existing open ditches, expand Thanh Nien road; arrange water supply items for green trees and build rest huts, community houses...

The project is expected to be completed in October 2024, helping complete the city's general planning, creating green space, entertainment, climate regulation and urban drainage...
