Provincial Chairman hosts Hyosung TNS’s General Manager

(BGO) – The Chairman of Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Linh on August 16 hosted Hyun-Sik Sohn, General Manager of Hyosung TNS Company under Hyosung Corporation (Republic of Korea -RoK) to visit and seek the investment opportunities in the province.

At the reception, Hyosung TNS’s General Manager informed that Hyosung is a big corporation with various fields of operation such as industrial materials, fibre, chemicals and information technology among others.

The Corporation has many customers in 30 countries worldwide. Hyosung TNS Company is a subsidiary of the Corporation and specialized at supplying financial and bank software with the key product of Automated Teller Machine.

In Vietnam, the Corporation invested in the production plant in Dong Nai province. Hyosung TNS Company has conducted survey at the surrounding localities of Hanoi city so as to select a suitable place for investment toward business expansion. It expected to invest in a production model with a scale of 15 hectares.

However, Hyosung TNS Company paid special attention to luring the hi quality labor in the local area while Bac Giang provice is adjacent to Hanoi city where many universities are located. Hyun-Sik Sohn hoped that the province will facilitate in term of labor force.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Linh expressed his delight to welcome General Manager Hyun-Sik Sohn and the delegates to visit and survey the investment in the province.

Chairman Linh briefed the guests on the local potentials and strength on geographical location, natural condition as well as the general socio-economy situation. Also, the provincial leader informed that there are 240 RoK’s investors in Bac Giang including many big ones.

The province is home to 2 vocational training establishments and not far from Hanoi city, hence helping draw hi-quality labor easily. Bac Giang committed to creating all possible favourable condition to Hyosung TNS Company’s investment, production and business in the province.
