The province maintains the activities of 220 youth volunteer teams, each team with 15-20 members tasked with supporting people in using online public services, digitizing records and settling administrative procedures at the provincial Public Administration Service Center and the one-stop shops at district and communal levels.

They also disseminate the advantages when people and businesses perform public services online.

To promote operational efficiency, the provincial Youth Union has coordinated with relevant units to organise training courses for volunteers.

The commune-level People's Committees have esablished Zalo platforms for delivering directions and exchanging information and activities of volunteer teams, thereby promptly fixing shortcomings during the implementation process.
