State budget revenue reaches 42.2% of target
BAC NINH - Bac Ninh province’s state budget revenue reached 42.2% of its annual target in the first quarter, supported by strengthened tax management and enforcement measures, local authorities said.
From the beginning of the year, relevant agencies, particularly the provincial tax department, have intensified revenue management, stepped up inspections and audits, and taken firm action against transfer pricing and tax evasion.

As a result, total state budget revenue in the first quarter exceeded 30.5 trillion VND (1.15 billion USD), equivalent to 42.2% of the yearly estimate.
Domestic revenue accounted for nearly 27.3 trillion VND, or 46.1% of the provincial target, while revenue from import-export activities reached nearly 3.3 trillion VND, equal to 24.8%.
Notably, land-use fee collections totaled nearly 5 trillion VND, representing 37.8% of the annual plan and remaining a key contributor to the budget.
The results reflect proactive and decisive leadership by provincial authorities, as well as efforts by the tax sector and relevant agencies.
They provide an important foundation for Bac Ninh to fulfill its 2026 budget revenue targets and support socio-economic development amid ongoing challenges.
