A ceremony to receive the title was held in the commune on December 24.

Tan Lac district has recorded positive economic growth over the years, with agriculture production accounting for 33.7 percent. The district has worked to bolster spearhead products by developing brands for local farm produce, including Tan Lac chayote, red pomelo and tangerine.

Nam Son commune is currently home to more than 80ha of tangerine trees, of which 20ha has been harvested.

Dinh Cong Su, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Tan Lac, said the district will further promote the tangerine trademark in the locality and build display spaces to introduce the tangerine and other farm produce of the district, along with raising the quality of Nam Son tangerine in particular and citrus in mountainous regions in general.

(BGO) – The National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam (Ministry of Science and Technology) has recently issued the certificate of collective trademark registration to “Yen Dung safe vegetable” of Yen Dung Safe Vegetable Cooperative in Tien Dung commune (Yen Dung district, Bac  Giang) with 10-year effect.

(BGO) – According to the Bac Giang provincial Department of Science and Technology, the American authority has granted the 20 years valid certificate of protection for the collective trademark of Luc Ngan lychee to Luc Ngan Association of lychee production and consumption in Chu town, Luc Ngan district.
