After Loan finished high school, the love for children inspired her to follow the Department of Preschool Education at the former Bac Giang Pedagogical College (now as Bac Giang Ngo Gia Tu College). Loan has worked at Tan My Kindergarten School since her graduation from the college in 2000.

In 2011, Tan My commune was merged into Bac Giang city with poorer facilities comparing to the general condition in the city. Loan joined hand with the officers and teachers at the school to well fulfil the task of teaching and pay due attention to the socialization to build the school with a beautiful campus.

Thanks to good professional capability and great contributions, Loan has been assigned as Head Mistress of Tan My Kindergarten School since August 2014. With the new role, Hoang Thi Loan leads all officers, teachers and staff of the school to achieve the excellent labour collective title for several years.

Typically, the school was bestowed by the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee and Ministry of Education and Training with the certificate of merit as well as awarded the first prize at the provincial contest of “Building the child-oriented educational environment” in the academic year 2017 – 2018.

To realize the model under the project of “Building the child-oriented educational environment”, the school added and upgraded the outdoor facility for movement development to build various entertainment areas such as sports, traffic, rural market, fairyland…The school also arranged the land for tree planting so that the children are instructed to care for the tree at the garden.

On the green grass under the tree canopy, the children can choose the games among several attractive toys to enjoy themselves or with friends. These activities help them enhance movement ability, practise the physical for better health.

Adding to the facilities, the school also pays due attention to building a close and friendly relationship between the teachers and students in order to form their positive awareness, attitude and emotion; help the kids develop thoroughly in terms of morality, intelligence, health, arts and social skill.

Teacher Hoang Thi Loan set a bright example for the great effort and positive studying of the best thing for teaching career when she was a teacher. With these contributions, Loan was rewarded with several titles of Excellent teacher at provincial level from 2003 – 2007; emulative soldier at the grassroots level, certificate of merit from the provincial leader…Acting as the manager, she always takes the highest responsibility as an exemplary model.

In any field of work and life, teacher Loan usually spends utmost effort to fulfil the task that earns the respect and belief of all officers, teachers and staff at the school as well as the students’ parents.

(BGO)- During her 12 years of working, teacher Duong Thi Luyen (born in 1983) of Ngoc Van junior high school in Tan Yen district, Bac Giang province has been awarded the title of the provincial excellent teacher for 10 consecutive years who has taken part in nurturing the district’s excellent students in Civic Education. The excellent students’ team of teacher Luyen has won a number of high prizes for many years.

(BGO)- Recently, Nguyen Van Nam and Than Thi Hoang Yen, teachers of Vietnam-Korea Vocational College of Technology (VK-Tech) in Bac Giang province won the second prize (the highest prize of the province) at the National Vocational Teacher Contest. They are young teachers showing great love for creativity and teaching career who help their students to become good workers. 

 

Bac Giang’s teachers win high prizes at national teaching festival for vocational teachers

(BGO) – The National Teaching Festival for Vocational Teachers 2018 was held in Hanoi from September 15 – 21 by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA), drawing about 400 vocational teachers and instructors from 63 provinces and cities across the nation.
