In teaching career, Tien strictly follows the professional regulations; actively renovate the teaching method and create new teaching tools with informative application. She acts as a bright model with self study spirit to enhance the quality of each lesson.

Ta Thi Tien has achieved the good teacher title at municipal level for many consecutive years as well as good teacher at provincial level in the period of 2016 – 2019.

Thanks to the good qualification and teaching skill, she has been elected by the school authority as Vice Head of Natural Science Group since 2013 and in charge of fostering the excellent students of grade 8 and 9.

Tien is not only enthusiasm in training the excellent students but also takes the lead in researching and learning the colleagues’ experiences to have suitable teaching method so as to be closer to the students and inspire them on the subject.

As the result, the members in the group annually gain high achievements. Particularly, three students won third prizes and another pocketed a consolidation prize at municipal Geography Contest in the academic year 2017 – 2018.

The teacher seriously evaluates and corrects the students’ exercises in order to supervise their progress via the regular and periodical tests, hence finding a suitable teaching way to promote the advantages and improve the weakness of each student.

Sharing about her job, she said: “With the passion for teaching, I spend most of time and change the teaching method to help the students easily receive the lesson, inspire their love for study to gain better results”.

Regarding the universal education, teacher Tien always ensures the document quality, records and updates the data regularly and orderly, sufficiently reports upon requirement which partly contributes to the recognition of universal education for Dong Son Secondary School since the academic year of 2013 – 2014.

Teacher Luong Van Vu, Secretary of the Party Division, Head Master of the school revealed: “Teacher Tien is always dedicated to the students, spends enthusiasm and responsibility to the work. Thanks to her, the school has many excellent students winning high prizes at several contests. Also, she is an outstanding individual to actively study and follow Uncle Ho”.
