Bac Ninh province has three recipients: Nguyen Quynh Anh (born 1994), Secretary of the Youth Union chapter for lecturers at Bac Ninh College of Education; Phan Thi Thu Hien (born 1999), Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union at Que Vo No.1 High School and Than Thi Huyen Mai (born 2005), Secretary of the D-KETOAN13A Youth Union chapter at Bac Giang University of Agriculture and Forestry.

The awardees are recognised as exemplary youth union officials, demonstrating strong responsibility, dynamism and creativity in implementing youth programmes at the grassroots level.

Through practical initiatives and projects, they have helped improve the quality of youth union activities while creating opportunities for young people to develop and contribute.

The recognition not only highlights the achievements of Bac Ninh’s youth but also reflects the effectiveness of efforts to nurture and promote outstanding role models within the provincial youth union system, contributing to a generation of capable, proactive and innovative youth leaders.

A ceremony marking the 95th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931–2026) and the presentation of the 2026 Ly Tu Trong Awards is scheduled to take place in Hanoi on March 25–26.
