PM Pham Minh Chinh has instructed authorities around the country to speed up the third dose of Covid-19 vaccination for people aged 18 and above.

(BGO) - The number of people infected with Covid-19 in Bac Giang province has continuously increased, making competent forces work overload and causing scarcity in medical supplies. To deal with this situation, the provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control has directed localities to mobilize all resources to overcome difficulties in disease prevention and treatment.

(BGO) – Amid the complicated development of Covid-19 pandemic, to realize the dual target of disease prevention and socio-economic development, the health sector has actively cooperated with relevant agencies and localities to speed up vaccination for people, with priority taken to labours at the industrial parks (IP) in Bac Giang province.  

Random screening last week (Feb. 10-17) found the Omicron variant responsible for 70 of 92 samples that tested positive for the novel coronavirus in HCMC.

Hanoi City authorities held a meeting with representatives of the medical workers and frontline forces who have participated in the fight against the Covid-19 on February 22, on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day.
