Vietnam receives over 250,000 doses of Covid-19 vaccines from Czech Republic
On behalf of the leaders of Ministry of Health, Deputy Minister Truong Quoc Cuong received the vaccine batch from Lukas Musil, Deputy Head of Mission at the Czech Embassy in Vietnam. The batch arrived in Noi Bai Airport on August 27.

The Czech Republic will also support Vietnam with equipment for epidemic prevention and control.
At the ceremony, the representative from the Czech Republic said that the health ministries from the two countries will continue to discuss further donations of medical equipment.
For his part, Vietnamese Minister of Health Truong Quoc Cuong hailed the assistance from Czech Republic Government and people, especially the 250,800 Covid-19 vaccine doses.
He also noted that the Ministry of Health will distribute the vaccines to localities timely and suitably.
The Deputy Minister expressed his thanks to UPS and other units for their support in transporting the batch of vaccines.
