Vietnamese ethnic village launches activities to welcome Tet

The Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism on the outskirts of Hanoi will host a wide range of cultural activities in February to honour the cultural identities of Vietnamese ethnic groups, contribute to strengthening national unity, and bring traditional Tet flavours to visitors.
A special art programme will feature numerous songs about spring festivals and the traditional customs of ethnic groups for Tet celebrations.

Traditional customs during Tet will also be introduced to visitors to preserve, uphold, and promote the values of Vietnamese ethnic minority groups.
Visitors to the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism will also be given the chance to sample distinctive dishes of ethnic people and play their folk games.
150 outstanding ethnic examples honored
