Workers to have four days off for National Day

Public workers in Vietnam will have four days off on the occasion of National Day 2023, according to the announcement of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.
The four consecutive days off will be from September 1 – 4.
As National Day falls on the weekend this year, workers will have an extra day off as compensation.

The National Day holiday will be the last long holiday of 2023 after the five days off for the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.
Workers who are not public officials and civil servants will have a two-day break from September 2 and one preceding or following day.
