As a result, since early this year, the Center has organized 18 employment sessions (12 regular, 4 online and 2 thematic sessions), reaching 23% of the year plan (80 sessions). 
Nearly 7,000 labourers were consulted and connected to find jobs, 2,800 of whom found suitable jobs through transaction sessions.

According to the Center's statistics, at this time, there are 23 businesses registered to recruit nearly 32,000 positions, mainly unskilled workers in the electronics and garment industries.
Some companies with big recruitment needs include: Newwing Interconnect Technology Bac Giang Company Limited in Van Trung Industrial Park (12,900 people); Foxconn Science and Technology Group in Dinh Tram Industrial Park (5,000 people); Luxshare-ICT Vietnam Company Limited in Van Trung Industrial Park (3,500 people).
To attract human resources, businesses recruit unskilled workers from 18-45 years old (previously mainly up to 35 years old) with average salary of 8 - 12 million VND per person per month. For technical workers with degrees, the salary ranges from 15-20 million VND per person per month.

Bac Giang connects 15 provinces and cities in an online job transaction session

BAC GIANG - On March 14, the Employment Service Center (Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs) in Bac Giang province organized an online job transaction session connecting 15 provinces and cities of Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ninh Binh, Hung Yen, Thai Binh, Quang Ninh, Hoa Binh, Lang Son, Son La, Hai Phong, Phu Tho and Bac Giang.

In 2024, the Government restored the Programme on improving the business environment by issuing Resolution 02/NQ-CP on reforming the business environment and enhancing national competitiveness. The return of the Resolution after a year of hiatus carries the message that boosting the business environment is a priority task, demonstrating the Government’s attention and companionship with the business community.

Bac Giang establishes 4 working groups to help businesses recruit workers

Based on the 2023 rankings, this year, units and localities will focus on solutions to improve the sub-indexes with low scores.
