300 artists join provincial music festival for older people

(BGO) - The sixth Music Festival for the Older People in the
northern province of Bac Giang was held on May 22, 2019 at the provincial
Center of Culture and Sports for the Elderly by a joint collaboration between
the provincial Association for the Elderly and Department of Culture, Sports
and Tourism.

Concluding the festival, the organization board presented two A prizes, four B prizes and four C prizes to the teams. The A prize winners were Luc Ngan district and Bac Giang city.

(BGO) - The "Doctors and friends" club under UNESCO center for culture and sports development (Vietnam Union of UNESCO Associations) on October 21 held a humanitarian medical checkup in Thanh Van commune, Hiep Hoa district (Bac Giang province).

provincial Association for the Elderly (PAE) on September 26 visited and
presented the gifts of the provincial People’s Committee to the outstanding
members in the movement of “Getting Older Higher Spirit” in Yen Dung district.
(BGO) – On the occasion of the 27th anniversary of International Day of Older Persons October 1 (1991 - 2018). Bui Van Hai, Member of Central Party Committee, Secretary of the Bac Giang provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People’s Council on September 21 visited and presented gifts to two outstanding older persons in Bac Giang city.
(BGO) – According to the Bac Giang provincial Association of the Elderly (BAE), 4 medical enterprises and facilities have registered to coordinate with the BAE in implementing the health examination for the local elderly in 2019.
