The lowest bonus on the upcoming Tet holiday is 100,000 VND per person.

Basing on current bonus plan on 2022 Tet festival submitted by 279 businesses to the DoLISA, the average bonus is about 5.2 million VND per person, up 200,000 VND per person against last year bonus.

Regarding the bonus given on New Year holiday, Bac Giang Import Export Joint Stock Company in Bac Giang city gives highest rate of 30.6 million VND and lowest rate of 100,000 VND per person among 189 companies which submitted the bonus plan to the Department.

The DoLISA also revealed that the average salary in 2021 hit 7.5 million VND per person per month (paid by 304 companies to over 194,000 labours in the province), up 3.8 percent comparing to the figure last year.
