Bac Giang College of Industrial Technique focuses on semiconductor training
BAC NINH - The Bac Giang College of Industrial Technique (BCIT) in Bac Ninh province has signed a cooperation agreement with Micro Commercial Components Vietnam Co., Ltd., part of China’s Yangjie Group in Yen Phong II-C Industrial park to develop high-quality human resources for the semiconductor industry.
Under the agreement, the two sides will collaborate on in-depth theoretical training, hands-on practice and internships on semiconductor production lines, along with recruitment policies and salary frameworks for production and management positions at the company.

Following the partnership, the college will strengthen training linkages for students in related fields such as electrical engineering, electronics and mechatronics, enabling them to access updated semiconductor technology programmes.
The curriculum will also increase practical training time and align closely with real-world production processes at the enterprise.

Micro Commercial Components Vietnam, with registered investment capital of 90 million USD, specialises in semiconductor manufacturing and assembly in Vietnam. Its operations cover the full production chain, including wafer fabrication, wafer processing, testing and packaging.
The facility is the group’s seventh factory globally, supplying key partners such as Huawei, BYD, Philips and Sony.
