The course forms part of a broader cooperation initiative between the college and the company aimed at improving the quality of the workforce.

Trainees attend an advanced training programme on management skills and technical expertise at Fukang Technology Co., Ltd.

Participants are final-year engineering students from the college who have been recruited for future production management positions at Fukang Technology.

During the programme, trainees will receive intensive instruction in management skills, specialised production processes, corporate culture, and supplementary Chinese language training, along with scholarship support.

Upon graduation, participants are expected to take up key roles in production management and operations at the company, receiving engineer-level salaries without a probation period.
