Best conditions created in Bac Ninh to help workers feel secure and stay long-term

Updated: 15:11, 23/04/2026

BAC NINH - A provincial delegation led by Nguyen Thi Ha, member of the provincial Party Standing Committee and Chairwoman of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee (FFC), visited and presented gifts to workers at Cooler Master Manufacturing (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. on April 22, as part of efforts to support businesses and employees amid rising input costs.

The visit, joined by representatives from the provincial Labour Federation and the Industrial Park Authority was held under a broader programme to assess challenges facing enterprises and workers due to fluctuations in raw material and fuel prices, while also responding to this year’s Workers’ Month campaign.

The FFC Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Ha and delegates present gifts to the company during the visit.

The initiative aims to propose solutions to stabilise production and ensure jobs and incomes.

Cooler Master Manufacturing (Vietnam), established in November 2023, is a Singapore-invested company specialising in high-end computer components at Gia Binh Industrial Park.

The firm is implementing its second phase with total planned investment of around 6 trillion VND (227.9 million USD), targeting operations by the end of 2027. A worker dormitory project has also been approved by provincial authorities and is expected to be completed in 2028.

The company currently employs nearly 1,300 workers with an average monthly income ranging from 8 million to 13 million VND. Its grassroots trade union, established in January 2025, has achieved full membership participation and regularly organises dialogues, supports workers’ welfare and protects their legitimate rights.

Despite market volatility and rising input costs, the company has maintained stable production and ensured employment and income for its workforce.

Speaking at the event, the FFC Chairwoman thanked the company for improving working conditions and creating a supportive environment to help employees feel secure and remain committed long-term.

The FFC Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Ha presents gifts to the impoverished workers at the company.

As the firm looks to expand operations, she urged it to continue maintaining competitive wages and benefits while gradually improving workers’ material and spiritual well-being.

She also encouraged employees to regard the company as their “second home”, contribute actively to productivity and support sustainable business growth.

The Chairwoman called on trade unions, particularly at the enterprise level, to better understand workers’ aspirations, safeguard their legitimate rights and provide timely support to those in difficult circumstances, helping them remain committed to their jobs.
