Bac Giang continues improving business climate to heighten national competitiveness
The PPC Chairman requested leaders of the departments, sectors and people’s committee of the districts and city to strictly implement the tasks and solutions assigned in the PPC’s Plan No 60 dated 29 March 2019 on implementation of the Government’s Resolution No 02 dated 1 January 2019 to continue implementing the key tasks and solutions for improvement of the investment and business climate and enhancement of the national competitiveness in 2019 with an orientation to 2021.

The province targets to continue improving its scores and rankings of the business climate indices (BCI). Particularly, the departments of Construction, Transportation, Agriculture and Rural Development, Industry and Trade, Natural Resources and Environment and Public Security continue to strictly implement the Prime Minister’s Directive No 08 on fostering solutions to shorten time limit for issuance of construction permit and other related procedures while supervising and strengthening disciplines in dealing with administrative procedures.
The State Bank, Bac Giang branch continues implementing effective solutions to maintain the depth of credit information index and direct the credit organizations to facilitate citizens and enterprises accessing to equal and transparent credits.
It is required to issue certificates of land use right, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets. The provincial Planning and Investment Department and Industrial Zones Authority need to promptly provide information on electricity demands of the key investment projects and enterprises so that the Electricity Company can take initiative in proposing investment in power sources and electricity grids to ensure stable power supplies meeting investors’ demands.
The Department of Industry and Trade and Industrial Zones Authority are required to take measures in boosting the enterprises to install equipment and improve power construction to heighten stable electricity supplies in the industrial parks.
Besides, it is necessary to reform the regulations on business conditions, update and publicise the administrative procedures related to business registration certificates, which were reduced in 2018 and 2019 while announcing comparison among the business conditions before and after being simplified which is requested to complete in February 2020.
It is required to publicise the administrative procedures related to issuance of business registration certificates simplified since 2020 in compliance with the regulation on administrative procedure control.
