Bac Giang draws nearly 116 million USD from FDI projects

(BGO) – Bac Giang province has attracted 36 foreign direct
investment (FDI) projects since the beginning of this year, up 3 projects
comparing to the same period last year, the Department of Planning and
Investment reported.

The total capital hit nearly 116 million USD. The enterprises mostly operate in the industrial and service sectors.
The big projects included Samkwang Vina Electronic Component Plant in Quang Chau Industrial Park (IP), Vina Celle Manufacturing Plant in Van Trung IP (Viet Yen district) among other.
The achievement helped Bac Giang secure the sixth ranking in the number of newly registered FDI projects and thirteenth position in the total of newly registered capital nationwide.
