(BGO) – Implementing the Programme No.06/CTr-LDLD issued by the
Executive Board of the Labor Federation in Bac Giang province about
accelerating the activities to protect and care for the benefit as well as
effectively implement the welfare programme for the trade unionists and
laborers in the period 2018 – 2023, the provincial Labor Federation has issued
the 2020 Plan and instructed to the trade union at all level.
Accordingly, the provincial Labor Federation will supervise and inspect the implementation of legal regulation on labor safety and sanitation, trade union and social insurance at 32 enterprises; organize mobile sessions of law consultation and communication to more than 2,000 workers; ink new agreements with 6 partners on the welfare programme for members of the trade union with the target to help 35,000 laborers use services and commodities with preferential price.

100 percent of the grass root trade union strive to supervise the labor safety, salary and bonus policies as well as ensure the working condition and time while actively coordinating with the employers to negotiate to ink new or revise the collective labor agreement with the term to bring benefit to the members.
Besides, the regular dialogue should be effectively maintained to timely grasp the laborers’ expectation and hope to reduce the conflict probably leading to the strike.
Nearly 40 billion VND for social welfare programme
(BGO) – Nearly 40 billion VND (1.7 million USD) has been donated by the enterprises, organizations, agencies and kind-hearted people in the northern province of Bac Giang to realize the 2019 social welfare programme.

Giang province has inked the cooperation agreement on welfare programme for the
members of the trade union with 14 agencies and enterprises.

(BGO) - The Bac Giang provincial Labor Federation (BGLF) on December 16 cooperated with Bac Giang Big C Commercial Center to organize the programme of “Joining sale festival – receiving the lucky gift”. The activity is within the framework of the bilateral cooperation agreement inked to implement the trade unionists’ welfare programme.
