Bac Giang to open socio-economic activities with strict implementation of 5K message and vaccination
Since January 1, the province has detected 10,500 Covid-19 patients and five fatal cases. After Lunar New Year holiday, the local infections sharply increased with about 346 cases detected every day.

As of February 8, the province administered 3.8 million of Covid-19 vaccine doses, the rate of third shot hit nearly 80 percent. Now, 3,500 patients are treated at treatment facilities and home, 11 of whom are critical while the remaining ones are mild and asymptomatic.
Addressing at the event, PPC Chairman pressed on high vaccination rate in the province so local authority decided to switch the disease prevention and control mode.
From February 16, all service will be resumed (except for online games and karaoke), which helps create both vibrant atmosphere on every socio-economic aspect and pressure on disease preventive task, especially at grass roots level.
Localities must accelerate the communication among the officials, party members and people about the opening policy together with strict implementation of 5K message and vaccination to prevent inattention and negligence in disease fight, even to people with three vaccine shots.

He ordered the Education and Medical sectors to promptly give specific instruction about disease prevention and control so as to avoid the disease outbreak at schools. All educational establishments should arrange teaching and studying activities under all circumstances.
The festivals are allowed to conduct the ritual but not festive part. All organizations and companies actively decide to conduct screening test in needy case while the front line forces must follow regular test.
The Health sector and localities were urged to further enhance the disease preventive capability; regularly inspect, supervise and handle any violation; complete software to manage Covid-19 patients at home, boarding house as well as other technology applications to assist the disease combat task.
