The provincial Department of Construction said applications would be accepted for available units at the Thong Nhat, Cao Nguyen 2 and Cat Tuong ECO projects, all located along Le Thai To Street.

At the Thong Nhat social housing project, developed by Thong Nhat Trading and Development Investment JSC, three rental apartments and two lease-to-own units remain available.

Applications will be accepted from July 20 to August 20. The average selling price is 11.1 million VND (422 USD) per square metre, while the average rental price is 55,000 VND per square metre per month.

The Cao Nguyen 2 project, developed by Cao Nguyen Bac Ninh JSC, has sold all 290 apartments designated for purchase, with 46 rental units still available.

Rental applications will be accepted from August 6 to September 5, with approved rents averaging 90,000 VND per square metre per month.

At Cat Tuong ECO, developed by Cat Tuong JSC, eight rental apartments remain available after 1,070 units were sold and two leased. Applications will be received from July 30 to August 30, with rents averaging 43,000 VND per square metre per month.

The Department of Construction urged residents to apply only if they meet eligibility requirements and warned against making payments through intermediaries or engaging in transactions outside official procedures.
