The project, developed by 379 Investment Joint Stock Company, consists of two social housing buildings, including Block N01 with six floors and Block N02 with ten floors along with a parking facility serving the apartment complex.

The development also includes synchronised external technical infrastructure such as gates, fencing, internal roads, green spaces, grassed areas and outdoor parking lots. The project was accepted and put into use in the third quarter of 2023.

A total of 26 social housing apartments are available for sale, with units in Block N02 priced at 12,100,000 dong per square metre.

Applications will be accepted from December 30, 2025, to January 30, 2026, on weekdays except Sundays. Submissions can be made at the office of 379 Investment JSC on Nguyen Doan Dich Street, Bac Giang ward, Bac Ninh province.

BAC NINH - The Bac Ninh Department of Construction has announced the sale and rental prices for the EcoHome Song Thuong social housing project, located in the southern urban area of the former Bac Giang City (current Bac Giang ward).
