The project is invested by Song Hong Real Estate Management Company Limited featuring two 11-storey apartment buildings T01 and T02 on a construction area of around 3,007.8 metre square and total floor area of 25,798.7 metre square with 328 apartments consisting of 258 social housing apartments and 70 commercial ones.

To date, the project has been completed with the minutes of acceptance and completion of items between the investor and relevant third parties.

Currently, the buildings are under the process of fire prevention and fighting acceptance and construction acceptance to meet the requirements for operation. The acceptance process is expected to be finalized in November 2025 for house handover.

The number of social houses for sale is 27. The prices are listed at 13.033.865 million VND per metre square for type A apartments, 13.685.558 million VND per metre square for type B apartments and 12.151.004 million VND per metre square for type C apartments including 5 percent of value added tax and 2 percent of maintenance fees.

The application submission period starts from 13 November 2025 and ends on 13 December 2025. The opening for sale is scheduled for 14 December 2025.

Bac Ninh approves social housing project in northern urban area of Tien Phong ward

Ministry of Construction reviews progress on social housing projects in Bac Ninh

BAC NINH – A delegation from the Ministry of Construction, led by Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh, inspected the implementation of Vietnam’s national programme to build at least one million social housing units for low-income households and industrial workers in the 2021-2030 period during a visit to Bac Ninh province on October 2.

Bac Ninh awarded by PM for achievements in eliminating temporary housing

BAC NINH – The Central Steering Committee for eliminating temporary and dilapidated housing on August 26 held a nationwide online conference to review the 2025 programme and emulation movement “The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary housing”. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, head of the steering committee, chaired the meeting.

Implementation results of the 1 million social housing units programme

As of 31 July 2025, Vietnam had 692 social housing projects under way with 633,559 units. According to the Ministry of Construction, completed, ongoing and approved projects account for 59.6% of the programme’s 2030 target of 1,062,200 units.
