Transformation in the homeland of revolutionary base II in Bac Ninh

BAC NINH – Before the August Revolution in 1945, Revolutionary Base II (formerly in Hiep Hoa district, Bac Giang province, now covering the communes of Hop Thinh, Hoang Van and Xuan Cam) served as a key location where the Party Central Committee, the Northern Region Party Committee and the Revolutionary Military Committee of Bac Ky organized political and military training courses for provinces. It was also a safe haven protecting senior Party leaders at that time.

Residents of the communes united and bravely rose up against invaders, making Hiep Hoa one of the first districts nationwide to seize power. Building on this heroic revolutionary tradition, officials and people in Revolutionary Base II have made strong progress in recent years, achieving significant socio-economic development.

The homeland of Revolutionary Base II is witnessing many new changes.

The memorial stele house is dedicated to President Ho Chi Minh, marking his attendance at the land reform review conference in Cam Xuyen hamlet, Xuan Cam commune.

Cho Van communal house, a historical relic where revolutionary propaganda rallies were held in March 1945 with the participation of many Party Central Committee leaders.
