Organizers said integrating fresh lychee products into tourism service chains would help increase the value of local agricultural produce while meeting growing demand for agritourism experiences.

The move is also expected to stimulate both domestic and international tourism during the peak summer travel season.

Tourism enterprises participating in the programme said lychee-themed tourism products have strong potential for family travel packages, school educational excursions and corporate team-building activities.

Industry representatives noted that combining agricultural experiences with cultural and leisure activities could create distinctive tourism offerings capable of attracting a wider range of visitors.
