In recent years, the college has strengthened its training capacity in key technical disciplines. It currently offers three programmes classified as international-level key majors, one regional-level major and three national-level key majors.

The school has also introduced several new courses that have attracted large numbers of students, including beauty care, mechatronics, mould and die manufacturing, and electronics technology for building energy systems.

In addition, the college has effectively implemented international joint training programmes such as “1+2”, “2+1” and “1+1+1”. These programmes allow students to study partly overseas, earn dual degrees and gain opportunities to work officially at companies in South Korea and China after graduation.

The Industrial Technical College currently enrols and trains students in 26 majors at the college level and 26 vocational fields at the intermediate level. Annual enrolment ranges from 3,200 to 3,500 students, while the school’s current training scale is nearly 7,800 students.

The college is cooperating with more than 100 corporations and enterprises, nearly half of which are foreign-invested companies. Each year, more than 3,000 students undertake internships at major corporations such as Samsung, Canon, LG Display and Goertek Vina, earning average incomes of 6.5 million to 11 million VND per month, helping cover study expenses.

More than 96% of graduates secure jobs immediately after graduation, with common monthly salaries ranging from 13 million to 18 million VND (494 – 684 USD).

Industrial Technical College partners with Chinese institute for vocational training

In Que Vo industrial park and Guangxi Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College in China, 53 students from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering - Automation and the Faculty of Electronics - Informatics will join a six-month training course at Guangxi Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College from December 2025 to May 2026 (first cohort).
