The simplification of procedures and the integration of diverse payment methods, including e-wallets and digital banking, have enabled residents to fulfill financial obligations more quickly and conveniently, significantly reducing time and travel costs.

Implementation quality has also improved markedly, with 10 out of 13 provincial departments and 37 out of 99 communes and wards achieving full scores in online payment criteria.

To achieve these results, the province has prioritized investment in digital infrastructure and strengthened integration with the National Public Service Portal, while stepping up public communication and guidance on electronic payment methods. Relevant departments and local authorities have also enhanced coordination to ensure smooth implementation and promptly address arising issues.

Bac Ninh – On the morning of June 30, the Bac Ninh provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee held a grand ceremony at the provincial convention center to announce central and local resolutions and decisions on merging administrative units at the provincial and communal levels, concluding the operations of district-level units and establishing new Party organisations and local authorities for Bac Ninh province and its 99 communes and wards.

For procedures requiring government decrees, ministries must submit them to the Ministry of Justice for review by May 10, and to the Government for approval by May 30. Progress on the work must be reported to the PM by May 10.
