Bac Ninh seeks to improve public administrative service centre efficiency
BAC NINH - On the afternoon of July 17, Mai Son, Standing Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) inspected the operations of the public administrative service centre in Nam Son ward.
Immediately after operation, the centre publicly listed 414 administrative procedures at its headquarters as required, with each procedure attached with a QR code.

Since July 1, 2025, the centre has received, processed and returned a total of 3,418 applications, averaging over 200 files per day.
During the visit, PPC Vice Chairman Mai Son listened to public feedback regarding the staff’s service attitude and the administrative procedure processes, and identified difficulties and shortcomings in the initial phase of implementing this new model.
He acknowledged the dedication of the centre’s staff, and requested the local authorities to expand the activities of the community digital technology teams to each household, particularly to families with elderly members, to help them access administrative services online.
The provincial leader urged frontline staff to overcome challenges, improve professional capacity, uphold a service-oriented attitude and best meet the needs of residents and businesses.
