Domestic budget revenue in July was estimated at more than 3.4 trillion VND (about 130 million USD). Cumulative revenue for the January-July period reached more than 49.5 trillion VND, equivalent to 83.8% of the province's full-year target.

Revenue from land-use fees totalled an estimated 1.5 trillion VND in July. The seven-month figure exceeded 13.6 trillion VND, surpassing the annual target by 4.4% and increasing 17.3% from a year earlier.

Tax and fee collections reached an estimated 1.96 trillion VND in July, bringing the cumulative total to 35.93 trillion VND or 78% of the annual target, up 73.7% year on year.

Of the 17 tax and fee categories, eight posted year-on-year increases while nine declined. Among the strongest gains were revenue from mineral extraction rights, which rose nearly fivefold to about 84 billion VND; tax payments from foreign-invested enterprises, up 44.8% to 18.14 trillion VND; revenue from the domestic private sector, up 54.6% to 9.46 trillion VND); other budget revenue, up 35.3% to 1.55 trillion VND; and lottery revenue, which increased 41.8% to 65 billion VND.

The finance sector attributed the strong performance mainly to higher tax contributions from businesses compared with 2025, particularly manufacturers operating in industrial parks and industrial clusters.

Major contributors included Cowain Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Dinh Tram Industrial Park, Huali Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Dai Dong–Hoan Son Industrial Park, Smart CY Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. near Que Vo Industrial Park, and Thuan Phat International Manufacturing and Trading JSC in Chau Phong Industrial Cluster.
