Hong Hac City project is invested by Phu My Hung Development Company Limited, covering an area of 197.7 hectares at an investment of some 27 trillion VND (1.036 billion USD), expected to serve a population of around 27,000.

The investor has been handed over 196.8 hectares of cleared land, reaching 99.5 percent of the whole project.

Regarding construction of technical infrastructure, main items have been completed at a completion rate of 92 percent. The investor contributed over 1.44 trillion VND (55.25 million USD) of land use tax for 65 hectares of residential land for commercial purposes.

On behalf of the investor, Arthur Ting, Chairman of CT&D Group (Founding partner of Phu My Hung Development Company Limited) expressed his thanks to the attention and support of Bac Ninh province in implementation of the project.

Speaking at the meeting, the provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai highly appreciated the vision and business reputation of Phu My Hung.

He also shared information on Bac Ninh province’s goal of becoming a centrally governed city before 2030 as well as its socio-economic development results in the first months of 2026.

Currently, Bac Ninh is making strong efforts to implement the Gia Binh International Airport project and related items, with particular focus on developing transport infrastructure to enhance connectivity among provinces and cities in the region and with major urban areas in the province.

The province will implement many plans and target development programmes to lure a large number of workers to work and live in Bac Ninh. This is a good opportunity for Phu My Hung to grow and attract citizens to settle down in the project area.

The provincial Party Chief affirmed Bac Ninh province always accompanies and supports business development.

Regarding the 2 opinions of the company on site clearance and the determination of land use fees for the project due to adjustments in planning and land-use purpose, the province will direct relevant departments, agencies and local authorities to promptly address these issues so that the enterprise can implement the project effectively.

On this occasion, the provincial Party Secretary also expressed his hope that the group and the company will invite partners and businesses to come to Bac Ninh to explore investment opportunities.
