State budget revenue exceeded 30.5 trillion VND, and Bac Ninh placed fourth nationwide in attracting investment.
Education quality continued to improve, particularly in specialized and high-performing schools, maintaining the province’s top-tier standing. Cultural and artistic activities were also expanded to better meet public demand.
Authorities successfully organized elections for the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term, ensuring compliance with regulations and democratic principles.
However, officials acknowledged that economic growth fell short of expectations due to global volatility and pressure to sustain high growth rates.
Disbursement of public investment in several projects remained slow, while unresolved land issues and site clearance delays continued to hinder project implementation.
Discussions at the meeting focused on identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions. PPC Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh emphasized that investment attraction remains a key driver of economic growth, calling on agencies to improve coordination, information sharing and support for businesses.
The province plans to intensify investment promotion efforts, targeting strategic sectors such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence, industrial robotics and logistics.
