The project site will span Tan Tien and Tan An wards. Bac Ninh Transport and Agriculture Project Management Board No.1 is the investor and Indochina Construction Joint Stock Company is the constractor of the project. The bidding package is valued at over 481 billion VND (18.45 million USD) from the provincial budget.

The project perspective.

The route is designed as a main road running from Km 3+380 to Km7+400, with a roadbed width of 58.5 metre and a 21-meter carriageway divided by a central median strip.

The design speed is set at 80 km per hour. The road will start at the Km3+380 at the end of Van Son bridge in Tan Tien ward and end at Km7+400 in Tan An ward.

The project is expected to finish in late November 2027 to gradually complete the traffic infrastructure according to the master plan, contributing to enhancing transport capacity, improving regional connectivity, alleviating congestion, reducing traffic accidents, expanding urban space and driving socio-economic growth, while safeguarding national defense and security.
