Your excellency, congratulations for being elected as Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee. In order to realize the goal of becoming a centrally governed city, what measures will Bac Ninh PPC take to bring the resolutions of the provincial Party Committee and People’s Council into life?

To achieve this goal, we identified some strategic pillars to focus on.

Firstly, developing urban system in a modern and synchronized manner, meeting the criteria of a centrally-run city. It includes technical and social infrastructure as well as urban administration quality.

Gia Binh international airport will be among core driving forces to help Bac Ninh go closer for the target of becoming a centrally governed city by 2030.

Secondly, maintaining and improving quality of economic growth with high technology, semiconductor technology, innovation and digital economy as the main drivers. Bac Ninh has defined the policy of “selective investment” with modern and

Thirdly, paying due attention to human development and enhancing people’s quality of life. A centrally-run city must be not only economically strong but also worth living, which has pure environment, high-quality public services and abundant cultural life.

Besides, administrative and administrative procedure reform, digital transformation and construction of digital government will be breakthroughs to improve governance efficiency and effectiveness and services for citizens and businesses.

We are fully aware that the trust of voters is both motivation and a source of pressure for the government to make greater efforts.

The provincial People’s Committee is committed to taking decisive actions, matching words with actions and taking work effectiveness and citizens’ satisfaction as the measure. All guidelines and policies of the province are aimed at serving people and facilitating business development.
