He asked the provincial government to facilitate investment procedures, especially in visa approval and tax incentives for importing high-tech equipment. Qorvo, he added, is ready to cooperate with local enterprises to support technology transfer and workforce development.
PPC Chairman Tuan congratulated Qorvo on its achievements and welcomed its intention to establish a large-scale research and development center in Bac Ninh to foster innovation and new product creation.
He briefed the delegation on the province’s socio-economic growth and its investment policies, particularly incentives for semiconductor and supporting industries, as well as special mechanisms designed to attract high-tech projects.
The provincial leader said Bac Ninh is planning to build an information technology park and an intelligent computing center, aiming to become “Vietnam’s Silicon Valley.”
These projects, he noted, will lay the groundwork for the province’s semiconductor sector to advance rapidly in the coming years.
He also invited Qorvo to contribute ideas to help Bac Ninh develop a large-scale semiconductor hub and expand collaboration between the group and local private companies within the global supply chain.
The provincial leader pledged full support to facilitate Qorvo’s investment and ensure the company’s efficient operations in Bac Ninh.
