BCIT signs cooperation agreement in high-quality human resource training
BAC NINH - Bac Giang College of Industrial Techniques and Luxshare-ICT Company Limited (in Van Trung industrial park, Nenh ward) have recently signed a comprehensive strategic cooperative agreement in high-quality human resource training to serve factories in the province.
The agreement focuses on supporting interns to gain experience at many production lines, which is expected to train from 1,200 to 1,500 students per year.

Besides, both sides will cooperate to run the industry-integrated training programmes, giving opportunities for students to pursue both academic learning and practical training in China.
The cooperation programme will prioritize associate-degree training in some key fields including industrial electrical engineering, automation, electrical and electronic engineering, industrial electronics, energy, mechanical engineering, information technology and Chinese language studies, with an expected enrollment of 300–400 students annually.
It will also help to expand career opportunities for graduates, strengthen academic and professional exchanges between the college’s lecturers and the company’s specialists, foster collaboration in research, innovation and technology transfer and provide scholarships for students.
