It was attended by senior provincial officials, including Tran Thi Van, Deputy Head of the provincial National Assembly Delegation, and Thach Van Chung, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Labor Federation.

During the event, workers were served an upgraded lunch valued at 64,000 VND (2.50 USD) per person, 39,000 VND higher than their usual daily meal.

Tran Thi Van and business leaders present certificates of merit from the provincial Labour Federation to outstanding individuals in the “Good Labour - Creative Labour” movement.

The expansion was funded by a 10,000 VND subsidy per ration from the company, alongside a pack of milk worth 29,000 VND gifted to each union member by the trade union.

On this occasion, provincial officials presented 150 gift packages to workers facing financial difficulties.

Additionally, the Bac Ninh Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 15 outstanding individuals for their contributions to the "Good Labor - Creative Labor" movement, recognizing technical innovations that have improved production efficiency.

Company representatives stated that the mass communal meal provided an opportunity for dialogue between management and workers, fostering mutual understanding and promoting a supportive, unified working environment.

Goertek Vietnam first invested in Bac Ninh in 2013 with an initial project in Que Vo 1 Industrial Park, before expanding its operations to Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park in April 2024.
