Its Bac Ninh facility has nearly 2,000 employees, specializing in garment production for export, with revenue reaching about 3 trillion VND (nearly 114 million USD) in 2025.

At the meeting, company representatives said the firm had proactively adjusted its production plans amid global uncertainties, improving productivity, controlling costs and maintaining stable jobs for workers.

Average monthly income at the plant stands at around 13 million VND, with annual bonuses averaging about 20 million VND per worker. The company has also implemented a range of welfare policies.

Speaking at the event, the provincial Party Chief commended the company’s efforts to sustain stable production, secure employment and implement worker support policies, particularly amid ongoing challenges.

He noted that Bac Ninh is entering a new development phase with a focus on selectively attracting investment, prioritizing high-tech sectors.

On infrastructure, he said the province is implementing the Gia Binh International Airport project, expected to begin initial operations in 2027 and be completed by 2030. The project is set to facilitate travel for experts and workers, enhance cargo transport capacity and improve the investment environment.

Regarding business operations, the provincial leader affirmed that Bac Ninh authorities will continue to accompany and provide maximum support within their authority to help enterprises stabilize and expand production.

He urged Pearl Global Vietnam to further improve workers’ material and spiritual well-being and consider expanding its production scale in the province.

On the occasion, the provincial Party Chief and his delegation presented gifts from provincial authorities to the company and to 150 disadvantaged workers.
