The synchronous advanced technology must be closed and area saving as well as qualified with the national technical code for the living solid waste furnace and the applicable regulations. The input tank is designed to keep the waste quantity of 10 days at least (equivalent to 5,000 tonnes), thoroughly treat the bad smell during the non-operation period while the emission will be handled in line with the regulation.

Additionally, the project owns an automatic emission observation system that continuously transmits the data to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and publishes the observation result at the project site so that the locals can supervise. Besides, the wastewater is properly treated for recycling usage without pumping to the environment.

According to the municipal division of Urban Management, the municipal People’s Committee will open the bid package to select suitable investor.
