This year, the massive stage performance will take place at 15:00-16:00, expecting to lure the participation of some 400 professional and amateur artists, including 34 foreigners from eastern European countries and Columbia.

Meanwhile, stellar art performances staged by renowned artists like My Tam, Tan Nhan, Tuan Anh, Khanh Linh, Minh Quan, My Dung, Grammy-Grammy kids art troupe, among others, will be held at 20:00. A low-range firework will wrap up the carnival programme.

Carnival Ha Long is part of the activities in response to the Visit Vietnam Year 2019 themed “Sea Colour” and the Ha Long-Quang Ninh tourism week 2019. It is among a series of events to celebrate the 44th anniversary of the Liberation of South Vietnam and National Unification (April 30).

Besides, it is expected to popularise local tourism potential and outstanding products.
