Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc asked for specific mechanisms and measures to remove the difficulties facing many sectors and parts of the society from the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic when he chaired a meeting in Hanoi on April 8.

(BGO)- As a home to many labourers returning from China, Luc Ngan district in northern province of Bac Giang has implemented a number of measures to fight against Covid-19 pandemic. In line with implementing directions and guidelines of the upper-level government and health sector, Luc Ngan district has drastically carried out quarantine and grasping local situation.

At a time when the tourism sector is forced to switch to hibernation mode due to the Covid-19 outbreak, many hospitality businesses and firms have actively sought out ways to adapt their operations to overcome the difficulties caused by the epidemic.

As of 6:30 am on April 8, Vietnam has reported 251 Covid-19 cases.
