The heads of agencies at all levels are responsible to the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee for the pandemic prevention and control in their localities, agencies and units; while minimizing the organization of New Year celebrations, parties and mass gatherings.

The Department of Industry and Trade shall coordinate with other departments, agencies and People's Committees of districts and city in closely monitoring the Covid-19 developments and market fluctuations as well as taking timely solutions to ensure supply-demand balance of goods and services, thus stabilizing the market.

The Department of Transport should partner with localities to take measures to increase means of transport to better serve the people's goods transportation and travel needs during the Tet holiday.

The Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs will join hands with relevant agencies and the People's Committees of districts and city in developing specific plans and organizing activities to show gratitude to national contributors; renovating and visiting martyrs' cemeteries; visiting and giving gifts to wounded and sick soldiers, families of martyrs and those who rendered service to the country, Vietnamese Heroic Mother...
