Bui Van Hanh and Duong Van Thai highly appreciated the enterprises’opinions which were straight, constructive and useful information for the provincial People’s Council, People’s Committee and competent agencies to timely handle arising problems.
“Currently, there is still the situation that upper-level government facilitates the enterprises but the lower annoys them”, Bui Van Hanh said. However, the enterprises should pay attention to studying the policies and legal regulations and improving management capacity to avoid violating regulations wasting time and expenses.
The provincial leaders, local governments and competent agencies should take careful consideration and solve the obstacles of the enterprises with a high sense of responsibility. Besides, it is necessary to enhance collaboration among related agencies to reduce administrative procedures for the enterprises.
